These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by NeoSteed LLC ("NeoSteed," "we," "us," or "our"): neosteed.com and coconuthealth.ai (each a "Site," and together the "Sites"). By using a Site, contacting us through it, or joining the Coconut Health waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.

What these Terms don't cover. These Terms apply only to your use of the Sites. They do not automatically govern:

Clinical applications. The Coconut Health app, Coconut Hub, and any other clinical or health-data applications we offer in the future. Those will be provided under their own terms and privacy notice, which you will be asked to accept before using them.
Consulting and professional services. Any paid consulting, staffing, technical, or other professional services engagement. Those are governed by a separate written agreement signed by NeoSteed and the client, which controls over these Terms if they conflict.

Not medical advice. Content on the Sites, including information about Coconut Health, is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

1. About the Sites

neosteed.com provides information about NeoSteed and its consulting, data and AI, and technical services. coconuthealth.ai provides information about Coconut Health and Coconut Hub, products NeoSteed is developing, and lets you join a waitlist. Product descriptions, screenshots, and example workflows show planned or in-development functionality, use sample data, and may change before launch. Descriptions of services, case examples, and other content on the Sites are general information and may change without notice.

2. No medical advice

Content on the Sites is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Sites does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Don't disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Sites.

3. No professional relationship

Content on the Sites is not legal, regulatory, compliance, technical, or other professional advice for your specific situation. Contacting us, requesting a proposal, or exchanging information with us through the Sites does not create a client, consulting, or other professional relationship, and does not obligate either of us to enter into one. Any engagement begins only when NeoSteed and the client sign a written agreement. Proposals, estimates, and other information we share before then are not binding offers unless that agreement says otherwise.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Sites' forms or join the waitlist. If you use the Sites on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

5. Waitlist and early access

Joining the Coconut Health waitlist doesn't guarantee access to Coconut Health or Coconut Hub, a launch date, or any particular features. We may invite people from the waitlist in any order and may change or end the waitlist at any time. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Sites in violation of any law or the rights of others
Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or sign up others without their permission
Send spam or automated submissions, or interfere with the Sites' operation or security
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, their systems, or data
Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Sites except as allowed by law
Submit medical records, other sensitive health information, or confidential information belonging to others through the Sites

7. Intellectual property

The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, screenshots, and design, are owned by NeoSteed or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. NeoSteed, Coconut Health, Coconut Hub, and related logos are trademarks of NeoSteed LLC. You may view the Sites for your personal or internal business use; you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or use their content without our written permission.

8. Information you send us and feedback

Please don't send us confidential or proprietary information through the Sites' forms or by email before we have a written agreement that covers it; information you send through the Sites is not treated as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Third-party links

The Sites may link to websites, articles, or services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOSTEED AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATE AGREEMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT'S OWN TERMS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeoSteed and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NeoSteed about your use of the Sites.
