Accessibility Statement

NeoSteed LLC ("NeoSteed," "we," "us," or "our") wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our websites: neosteed.com and coconuthealth.ai (the "Sites"). Making health information more accessible is central to what we do, and that starts with our own Sites.

Need help or found a barrier? Email contact@neosteed.com or hello@coconuthealth.ai. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within five business days and can provide the information you need in another format.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

Use clear page structure, with headings and landmarks that screen readers can navigate
Give meaningful images text descriptions, including summaries of product screenshots
Label every form field and show clear error messages
Make links, buttons, and forms usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
Design layouts that work on phones and tablets and when text is enlarged
Respect the "reduce motion" setting on your device
Write in plain language and avoid unnecessary jargon
Check new pages for accessibility as we build them

Known limitations

We are still improving the Sites, and some content may not yet fully meet our standard:

Product screenshots. Screenshots of the Coconut Health and Coconut Hub interfaces are images. We describe their key content in text, but some details within the images may not be available to screen readers. On small screens, you can open the larger screenshot for a closer look.
Third-party content. Some features are provided by other companies, such as our cookie consent banner and embedded or linked content. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't control their design.

Compatibility

The Sites are designed to work with current versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Older browsers may not display every feature as intended.

Future applications

This statement covers the Sites. As we develop the Coconut Health app and Coconut Hub, we are designing them with accessibility in mind, including support for multiple languages and plain-language explanations. Those applications will have their own accessibility information when they become available.
